We hereby inform that the sole shareholder of the „Latvijas-Rietumu Termināls” LLC has decided to reorganize the company by merging the company with „MAN-TESS” LLC. In the result as from the 23rd of May 2012 all the obligations are transsferred to „MAN-TESS” LLC following all the operations of light oil terminal and cargo handling.
