New ferry line between Latvia and Sweden: Ro-Ro cargo transportation from the port of Riga to the port of Oxelösund
New ferry line Baltic Link has been launched at the port of Riga, starting its regular cargo transshipment from the ferry berth of SIA “Man-Tess Tranzīts”, Riga to the Oxelösund port in Sweden.
Ro-Ro ferry MIDAS is sailing three times weekly from Riga in accordance with the regular schedule. The vessel ensures transportation of trucks and trailers both accompanied and unaccompanied, all types of Ro-Ro cargo, mafi-trailers loaded with various cargoes, containers, oversize and overweight project cargoes.
The operator of the Baltic Link line is the Swedish shipping company Wagenborg Shipping Sweden AB, which is expanding its Ro-Ro ferry line network in the Baltic Sea.
The ferry line Baltic Link is operated by Brenners Shipping as the liner agent both in terminal «Man-Tess Tranzīts», Riga and terminal «Oxelösunds Hamn AB», Oxelösund.
